Industry Leaders Join Forces to Launch CrowdLead
LED digital message boards ideal for sponsored event signage
Organizers of festivals, major sporting events and similar large gatherings often must meet various requirements such as providing accurate directional signage, event schedules, weather alerts and other emergency messaging.
Three industry leaders announced today that they had entered into a new joint venture – under the name CrowdLead – to provide a game-changing solution to this growing need in the live event space.
CrowdLead is a groundbreaking collaboration by GoVision, one of the nation’s premier suppliers of large-scale LED video displays and related services; Unified Command, a leader in venue safety and security; and Pacific Highway Rentals, experts in traffic control and safety.
CrowdLead offers the only portable LED digital message boards specifically designed for live event messaging. These 5’ x 8’, 10 mm, 12,000-pixel LED screens – which can be networked together and controlled remotely – display full video and multi-color combinations perfect for informational signage, maps, schedules and sponsorship and marketing messages. The small footprint, fully self-powered and self-contained units have screens that can be lifted 8 feet off the ground on a hydraulic mast, allowing flexible and easy placement in virtually any location. The screens can be rotated 180 degrees, allowing them to face any direction and to be viewed during ingress and egress.
“These message boards are absolutely ideal for big outdoor events because they not only satisfy risk management requirements, but they provide another highly visible platform for sponsor signage,” said Chris Curtis, CEO and founder of Argyle, TX-based GoVision, L.P.
“CrowdLead is a one-of-a-kind solution for festivals and other major events because it satisfies their safety and traffic control requirements in a cost-neutral, if not profitable, proposition,” said Paul Indelicato, founder and owner of Pacific Highway Rentals, based in San Ramon, CA.
“We believe that by joining forces, our three companies have provided a state-of-the-art, flexible and affordable solution for event organizers that no other organization can possibly match,” said Chad Ladov, president and founder of Unified Command.
